A Rich Background in Engineering and International Support
Paulo Oliveira’s career with Prática began in 2015 as an Electrical Panel Assembler, where he gained hands-on experience in the manufacturing environment. He then transitioned to a Technical Support Technician role in 2016, providing vital support and troubleshooting for our products.
In 2018, Paulo took on the role of Quality Auditor, where he honed his skills in ensuring product excellence and reliability. By June 2020, he was promoted to International Support Technician, a position that saw him traveling to various countries to assist technicians in resolving equipment issues and providing training. His role involved creating technical materials and ensuring the high performance of our products in the field.
A Valuable Contributor to Prática USA
In September 2023, Paulo transferred to Prática USA to lend his expertise to our service department. His deep understanding of the speed oven market and exceptional problem-solving skills have made him a key asset. Paulo’s ability to bridge our operations in Brazil and the U.S. has been instrumental in enhancing our service quality and support.
Paulo’s contributions extend beyond technical support. His experience in creating technical materials and training resources has empowered our team and strengthened our service capabilities. His dedication to quality, efficiency, and his ability to connect with people have been crucial in resolving issues and improving our operations.
