A. Website Use Terms
By accessing this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

- Feedback & Suggestions: By submitting any feedback or ideas, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or credit.

B. E-Commerce Sales Terms (Parts & Accessories)
These terms apply to purchases made directly on our website through our online store.
- All prices are quoted as $ U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. State sales tax will be added unless a valid resale tax certificate is on file.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Customers will receive an email confirmation upon shipment.
- All sales are final. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. Prática is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer.
- Returns are only accepted in the case of incorrect or defective items shipped by Prática’s team.
- If having issues with parts or accessories, please send an email with all the information to [email protected].
- Customers must inspect and open all parts and accessories within 24 hours of delivery. Any damage must be reported to [email protected].
- For “same-day shipment”, the order payment needs to be approved before 2:30 pm CT. Available only on business days.
C. Oven Sales Terms (Commercial Equipment)
These terms apply to oven purchases made via quote, invoice, or purchase order.
- All prices are quoted as $ U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. State sales tax will be added to the invoice if the resale tax certificate is not on file.
- Terms are net 30-days upon approved and established credit. All payments must be in U.S. dollars.
- Orders must include price, model number, electric power specifications, special instructions, shipping/billing contacts, freight details, and desired delivery date.
- Orders are considered valid only after written acknowledgment is received from Prática. Send all oven POs to [email protected].
- Delivery by Prática is subject to product availability. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss transfers to Purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any damage must be noted and reported to the carrier and [email protected] within 24 hours.
- Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Pratica, all oven sales are final. Returns require prior authorization (RMA) and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs. Credits will not be refunded and will be held on account for future purchases.
D. Freight and Shipping (All Orders)
- Prática provides the most economical ground transportation possible. Special requests (residential delivery, lift gate, phone appointment) will incur additional charges.
- Prática imposes no hidden markups; all freight charges are passed through at cost.
- Products are shipped FOB from Prática’s facility in Lewisville, Texas. Risk of loss transfers to Purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.
- Inspect upon receipt: do not sign prior to inspection. Do not accept or sign for a damaged package. Once signed for, any freight damage will be your responsibility.
- All orders are inspected when packaged and leave the facility in good condition. Purchasers must inspect shipments within 24 hours. Damaged shipments must be reported to the carrier and [email protected] immediately. Freight claims are the responsibility of the consignee.
E. Warranty
- Prática offers a limited warranty on all new ovens purchased from Prática or an authorized dealer/distributor.

F. Legal Terms
- These sales terms and conditions apply to every sale of commercial products (“Products”) by Prática Products Inc. to Purchaser, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.
Acceptance and Agreement
- Prática’s acceptance of Purchaser’s offer is subject to agreement with these terms. Conflicting terms from Purchaser are not accepted unless agreed to in writing by a Prática officer.
Payments
- Contact [email protected] for payment-related matters. Net 30 terms apply with approved credit.
Licenses
- Products are sold with a fully paid, perpetual license to use Prática’s patented technology. No additional licenses are granted.
Entire Agreement
- These terms constitute the full agreement between Purchaser and Prática unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Termination
- Prática may cancel any sale if the Purchaser fails to meet payment obligations or becomes insolvent.
Excuse
- Prática is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as natural disasters, labor disputes, or material shortages.
Successors and Assigns
- Purchasers may not assign rights without written consent.
Captions
- Section headings are for convenience only.
Waiver
- A waiver of any breach does not constitute waiver of future breaches.
Governing Law
- All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Limitation of Liability
- Prática is not liable for lost profits or incidental/consequential damages. Claims must be filed within one year.
