No hoods needed for operation

Catalytic Converter technology turns grease-laden vapor into water, allowing the oven to operate with no need for exhaust hoods. A removable catalytic converter allows operators to perform the cleaning without the need for a maintenance service call.

VERSATILITY

Optional adjustable feet

When purchasing a single or double-stacked Forza STi ventless smart high-speed oven, both units come with removable feet. This allows customers to use the ovens stacked on top of each other or individually, with the option to install or remove the feet as needed.
